Our first 2 complete cafe racers

We bought 2 ax100 delivery bikes for R2000ea (really good price) these bikes are 100cc 2strokes. We saw potential in them and we got them, at first they were really slow (about 80km/h top speed). So we first worked on the speed and mechanical problems.we also had to fit a new front end to fit disc brakes (new wheels brakesand the resy. The drum brakes sucked. We did the squish on the cylinder head and ported the exhaust port. We now getting a top speed of 118km/h. Then we worked on the looks the cafe racer style, we got fiber glass seats and repainted the bikes yellow. Cleaned up the wires and took off the side covers and also changed it to premix. We still need to do stickers and next we going to bore it to a 125cc with a performance pipe :D chk the photos from begining to end.
